WAKEMAN ROAD
An extension and refurbishment of a post war infill terraced house in Kensal Rise, West London creating a more modern and spacious home for a family of four.
-
The kitchen was expanded and replaced what was a lean-to conservatory to accommodate a dining and seating area which would flow seamlessly into the re-modelled courtyard garden. The design focussed on creating a visually calm and elegant extension crafted from raw exposed, quality materials.
In addition to the rear extension, a utility room was added in the existing house, as well as an ensuite to the master bedroom, a dormer loft extension comprising a further two bedrooms and a complete redecoration of the existing rooms and the front of the house.
The project was developed to planning stage by Studio P.
